Every challenge requires a certain level of customisation to its approach but I believe strongly in co-design, gathering feedback constantly from stakeholders while designing with customers - not for them.
I am forever inquisitive and curious to new ways of thinking & solutions to problems.
In general, I follow design thinking methods mixed with Human Centred Design techniques.
